Christmas Returns Policy

We have extended our returns policy over the Christmas period. Purchases from 01 Dec 2016 up until 04 Jan 2017 can now be returned up until 20th Jan 2017. We want you to have plenty of time to return if necessary. 

 

Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery

We will dispatch your order asap, deliveries may take a little longer to arrive during the Christmas busy period so it is recommended that you order before these dates. These are only estimates and subject to local delays in your area.

UK Delivery: Order by 20 Dec 3pm

UK Next Day Delivery: Order by 22 Dec 3pm

International Delivery
Europe, order by: 13 Dec 12pm
Rest of World, order by: 6 Dec 12pm

Our delivery charges are:

 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.99 (We offer free delivery on orders over £50)

We dispatch all items via Royal Mail. Order before 3pm and it'll be dispatched same day Mon-Fri! We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.

Items will usually get to you within 2-3 working days, sometimes it will even be there by the next morning. Hurrah!

If you have not received your items within 10 working days from dispatch, please contact our Customer Services team for help.

 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY BY 1PM (Royal Mail) - £6.99 (Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri)

Sometimes you see something online and you realise you've just GOT to have it NOW. Simply choose Next Day Delivery and place your order before 3pm Monday-Fri.

 

EUROPEAN DELIVERY- £9.99

All European orders are sent to you via Royal Mail signed for service, or in some cases, an alternative reputable courier.

Packages take an estimated 5-14 working days to arrive.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY-£12.99 

All International Orders are sent to you via Royal Mail, or in some cases, an alternative reputable courier.

Packages take an estimated 8-14 working days to arrive.

Any additional charges applied by customs have to be paid by the recipient, I'm afraid. Boo! We are unfortunately unable to reduce or estimate these charges. Customs policies vary widely; we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. We don't want you to get a nasty surprise when you pick up your item!

 

RE-DELIVERY

If the item is not collected from the sorting office after 7 days then Royal Mail sends the item back to us. I'm afraid we will then have to charge the original postage cost again for re-delivery. Sorry lovelies!

  

RETURNS

Here at Lily Lulu, we hope that you are satisfied with your item(s). If for any reason you want to return your item please Complete our Returns Form and place it inside the parcel. Items returned without a completed returns form will result in a delay in processing its return. All the items must be returned in a saleable condition within 14 days from the date of order. Please also keep your proof of postage, it is preferred to use a tracked service to return any parcels as we will not be held liable for missing parcels.

You have 14 days from the date of order to return your item(s) back to us. Returned goods will take up to 10 working days to be processed.

All non-sale item(s) returned to us must be in its original condition in its original packaging and tag still attached (when provided). Items should NOT smell of any washing powder, odour, or perfume. We reserve the right to refuse a return and require the buyer to arrange to have the item returned at the buyer's cost.

Our items sell out very quickly so if you would like to have the product in another size or colour, we kindly ask you to place a new order to ensure you will have the item you want. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

PLEASE NOTE: Returning your parcel to us is your responsibility, therefore we do not refund you your postage and packaging costs. Please retain proof of postage when returning items back to us.
