At Lily Lulu we know what it's like to be a customer and want to make your experience with us as easy and rewarding as we can. We have set out these terms and conditions to provide you with all the relevant information you need to shop with us. If we have missed anything out or you would like clarification, please contact us and we'll get back to you asap.

We try to answer all customer emails within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If you contact us over the weekend, we'll get back to you Monday.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. 2. Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate, this is beyond our control. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. We reserve the right to refuse an order.

2.1 Dispatch and Delivery

Dispatch times may vary according to availability. We try to dispatch all orders within 1 week, with most orders being dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that dispatch times may take longer at busy periods such as Christmas.

If your purchase is returned to us by Royal Mail it is the buyers responsibility to pay for all of the postage costs to have the item/s reposted.

Stated delivery times may be subject to delays resulting from postal delays, for which we will not be responsible. Packages may take an unusually long amount of time to get to international destinations and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

2.2 Pricing and Availability

We make every effort to provide you with accurate descriptions of products. All sizes and measurements are approximate and colours may vary depending on computer screen resolutions.
All details, descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to change these without notice.

2.3 Payment

We use third party payment processors to take payments through Lily Lulu. All payments processors use the latest technology to protect your payment information, which is not released to any outside party, including Lily Lulu

2.4 Discount Codes

We love discounts and know you do too. From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

2.5 Refunds

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you as soon as possible.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund; this is in accordance with our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Lily Lulu and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Lily Lulu. You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by Lily Lulu.

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials contained in this website.

Complaints

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments and we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we can.
